Just Another Day In School
Today was English Prelims Oral Day
I was in grp E9, on the 6th leve: GEP resource room. The air con broke down and they used two super big industrial fans.
I was the last in line, 12th to be exact. It took really long and i waited from abt 115 to abt 430 for my turn. Their excuse was that they had technical difficulties; they were reccording every second digitally.
Anyways, when Terence and I were the last few people left, we went in to the two different rooms. I came out first and i thought I did kinda ok. I got highs for reading and above averages for picture description and conversation. Terence got the other way around and I was kinda pissed. I mean, i thought I could beat him. Mrs Chin said his last two components were 'excellent' and he 'probably did not do well because of his ulcers' for conversation. I hated him. But then he wanted to slack in the MC room for a while. And he offered to walk me out. For everyone out that who thinks this is kinda normal; well it isn't for him. It dawned on me that I was being selfish and that Terence really deserved his better grade.
I'm locked out of my room because Pflug's brother is doing his Havard Anthropology In Absentia Exam. My dad has to invigilate and I have exactly one more hour till 10 15 to kill time outside of my study. Good Mugging Night to all!
